Through events and media, Go Direct works to encourage people to switch to direct deposit. The campaign makes it easy for people to sign up for direct deposit -- they can call the Go Direct helpline at (800) 333-1795, visit www.GoDirect.org to sign up online or stop in their local financial institution or Social Security Administration office to make the switch.

211 is an easy to remember three-digit dialing code that enables a caller to access over 28,000 health and human service programs throughout Los Angeles County 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and is TTY accessible. 211 LA County, formerly known as INFO LINE of Los Angeles, has been providing these services since 1981.
