Getting onto the 211 database If you would like to be added to our database, please fill out the application form. Before filling out the application form, please call 877-463-6929 to speak with a trained Resource Specialist who will conduct an eligibility pre-screening and who can assist with questions about the form itself, or to see if your agency is already listed with 211 LA County. Please also review the Inclusion Criteria Document for eligibility guidelines. If possible, please include a copy of your IRS 501(c)(3) letter with your submission. You may also email the Resource department for assistance at ResourceMailingList@211la.org. The application may be mailed, faxed or emailed to the Resource Department.
